Order Cancellation
Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been processed or shipped.
However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to begin the return process. After we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued according to our Return Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Processing time is separate from shipping time. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping time varies by location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
The maximum estimated delivery time is 30 business days.
These estimates do not include the 1–3 business day processing time.
All shipping times exclude customs clearance delays.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. In some cases, especially with free shipping methods, detailed tracking may be limited.
My Tracking Says "No Information Available"
For some shipping companies, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking still shows no updates, please contact us and we will assist you.
Priority and Insured Shipping
If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if your package is lost in transit. Please contact us for assistance.
Lost or Missing Packages
Avex Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping and billing address are correct before completing your order.
If we made an error with your address, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the items have been shipped.
By purchasing from Avex Store, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This allows us to deliver your products faster from different warehouses.
